Chamber of Commerce Introduction
长春市海归华侨企业家商会成立于2017年8月24日，是响应习近平总书记“创新正当其时，圆梦适得其势”、李克强总理“大众创业、万众创新”的方针，为推进“智能制造2025”“健康中国2030”“一带一路”“走出去”建设战略，由长春籍、在长春投资创业、与长春有情感情节的归国留学人员、归国华侨、海外华侨等资源组成的整合全球商业、艺术、教育、健康、养老、金融、技术资源的地方性、联合性、非营利性的社会组织。
Changchun Returnees and Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur Chamber of Commerce (CROEC) was founded in Chuangchun City on August 24th, 2017. CROEC is in response to President Xi Jinping’s “Innovation is at the right time” and Premier Li Keqiang’s “Popular entrepreneurship, Popular innovation”, and aim to promote the construction strategies like “Smart Manufacturing 2025”, “Health China 2030”, “the Belt and Road” and “Go to the world”.CROEC was founded by returned overseas students, returned overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese who were born in Changchun, who have their investment and start their entrepreneur companies in Changchun, and who have deep emotion with Changchun. CROEC is a local, joint, and non-profit social organization that work for the Global business, arts, education, health, pensions, finance and technology resources.
○商会国内会员150余人?司，海外会员600余人?司。
CROEC have more than 150 domestic members and more than 600 overseas members.
○商会下设七个专业委员会：商业贸易，企划传媒，国际教育，医疗健康，养老管理，金融投资，智能制造。
国际教育委员下设留学服务中心、就业指导中心、语言培训中心。
CROEC have 7 professional committees: commercial trade, planning media, international education, medical and health care, pension management, financial investment, and intelligent manufacturing.
The International Education Commission has set up a study abroad service center, a career guidance center, and a language training center.
○商会下设六个区域分会：美国分会，加拿大分会，澳大利亚分会，东亚分会（日本分会、俄罗斯分会），东南亚分会（新加坡分会、马来西亚分会），欧洲分会。
CROEC have 6 regional branches: the United States branch, the Canadian branch, the Australian branch, the East Asia branch （the Japan branch、 the Russian branch）, the Southeast Asia branch（the Singapore branch、the Malaysia branch）, and the European branch.
○商会下设两个基地、三个中心、一个直辖特别机构：创业创新基地、校企合作基地；人才资源服务中心、财务咨询服务中心、法律援助服务中心；专家智库。
CROEC have two bases: Entrepreneurship and innovation bases, School-enterprise cooperation bases; three centers: Human resources service center, financial consulting service center, law Legal aid service center; and one special institution directly of Direct management: Expert Think Tanks.
