个人简历

1996年- 任博导。1982年 毕业于原陕西财经学院工业经济系，获经济学学士学位。
1985年-1988年 在原陕西财经学院产业经济系在职学习，获经济学硕士学位。
1993年-1996年 在原陕西财经学院产业经济系在职学习，获经济学博士学位。
1991年5-1991年11月 曾作为中国人民银行选派的高访学者赴德国中央银行学习6个月。
1992年6-1992年12月 作为国家教育部选派的高访学者赴英国SUSSEX大学学习6个月。

2002年6-2002年8月 作为高访学者赴英国皇家国际事务研究所访问学习3个月。

2001年、2011年、2012年 先后赴美国、日本、俄罗斯等国考察访问。
